Enquiry button not working on mobile (April 2026)
Summary
Some customers using the Product Enquiry plugin may find that the 'Enquire' button does not respond when tapped on mobile devices. They may also find that the form button appears in the footer on their live site. Both issues are caused by an undocumented change by Squarespace on 17 April 2026.
This issue affects versions of the Enquiry Form plugin purchased before 20 April 2026. If you purchased your plugin after this date, or have a plugin subscription, this issue should not apply to you (see below).

Who is affected
You may be affected if:
- You purchased the Product Enquiry plugin before 20 April 2026
- You are using a one-time purchase version (not the subscription version)
- Your site is being viewed on a mobile device
If you purchased as a subscription
no action is required. A fix for this issue has been developed and tested and will be applied to your plugin automatically (assuming that we still have administrator access to your website).
