If you are using an older version of the Product Enquiry Form plugin, purchased before 20 April 2026, then you may be receiving enquiries that include the customer's details but don't include the product information.

Squarespace updated their platform. These changes are a really positive step forward but they do affect older versions of some custom code and plugins.
How to solve this issue
If you purchased your Product Enquiry Form plugin and you did not purchase a subscription at that time, you can purchase a one-off compatibility update:

Customers with a support subscription
Customers with a
support subscription, who provided us with access to their site, should not experience any issues as a result of Squarespace changes. Subscribers’ websites are automatically updated whenever updates become available. No additional effort is required.
