Wishlist - submissions arrive without the product list (October 2025)
Summary
If you are using the Wishlist plugin and you purchased it after 02 September 2025 then you may be receiving Wishlist submissions that include the customer's details but don't include the list of products. If you purchased your Wishlist before July 2025, and are experiencing the same issue, please see this issue instead. Background
Customers who submit their wishlist whilst using the Safari browser may have submitted their form without the list of products. This is due to recent changes on the Squarespace commerce platform.
How to solve this issue
Please contact us and we will resolve this for you. Please ensure you provide us with administrator access to your website. Customers who purchased their Wishlist before 27 July 2025, and you did not purchase a support subscription at that time, can purchase a one-off paid
Wishlist Upgrade, at a reduced price. The upgrade can be purchased with or without professional installation. Pricing is available on the

Customers with a support subscription
Customers with a
Wishlist support subscription, who provided us with access to their site, should not experience this issue. We proactively update subscribers’ websites whenever updates are necessary. No additional manual effort is required by subscribers.
