Product Enquiry Form - submissions arrive without the product information

If you are using the product Enquiry Form Extension and you purchased it before 2024 (version 2.62 or earlier) then you may be receiving enquiries that include the customer's details but don't include the product information. This is due to a mandatory update by Squarespace that affects extensions sold before 2024.
How to solve this issue
If you purchased your Product Enquiry Form Extension before 2024 and you did not purchase a support subscription at that time, you can purchase a one-off paid
Product Enquiry Form Upgrade, at a reduced price. The upgrade can be purchased with or without professional installation.
Customers with a support subscription
Customers with a
support subscription, who provided us with access to their site, should not experience any issues as a result of these Squarespace changes. Subscribers’ websites are automatically updated whenever updates become available. No additional effort is required.
