Wishlist - submissions arrive without the product list (Squarespace update)
Summary
If you are using the Wishlist Extension and you purchased it before November 2024 then you may be receiving Wishlist submissions that include the customer's details but don't include the list of products. This is due to a Squarespace platform update in May 2025.
Background
Squarespace recently made a significant platform change by introducing a much-improved version of their Form Block, with better styling options, improved international support, and new features like file uploads. It’s a really positive step forward but, as part of the rollout, they have phased out the older Form Block.
How to solve this issue
If you purchased your Wishlist Extension before November 2024 and you did not purchase a support subscription at that time, you can purchase a one-off paid
Wishlist Upgrade, at a reduced price. The upgrade can be purchased with or without professional installation. Pricing is available on the

Customers with a support subscription
Customers with a
Wishlist support subscription, who provided us with access to their site, should not experience this issue. We proactively update subscribers’ websites whenever updates are necessary. No additional manual effort is required by subscribers.
