Wishlist - submissions arrive without the product list (Squarespace update)
Summary
If you are using the Wishlist Extension and you purchased it before 2024 then you may be receiving Wishlist submissions that include the customer's details but don't include the 'wishlist' of products. This is due to a Squarespace update that affects extensions sold before 2024.
How to solve this issue
If you purchased your Wishlist Extension before 2024 and you did not purchase a support subscription at that time, you can purchase a one-off paid
Wishlist Upgrade, at a reduced price. The

Customers with a support subscription
Customers with a
Wishlist support subscription, who provided us with access to their site, should not experience any issues as a result of these Squarespace changes. Subscribers’ websites are automatically updated whenever updates become available. No additional effort is required.
